My mission is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to achieve optimal wellness and live your best life. Whether you are looking to improve your physical health, mental well-being, or spiritual growth, I am here to guide you on your journey through Tapping.

Tapping sessions are available in-person at 80 Paisley Street, Footscray (Victoria, Australia) or other location by arrangement .... think outdoors in nature!

Online sessions may be conducted from the comfort of your home, office or car (via Zoom, Facebook Messenger or other internet chat platform). 

During the session you will learn how to apply Tapping to reduce stress, anxiety and other everyday emotions.

We will work together to help you manage any specific issues or challenges you may face.   

We can also work towards achieving a life goal such as quitting smoking or vaping, managing food cravings, reducing alcohol, starting a business, managing a relationship etc.

Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

You may choose a 30 minute session ($65) or a 1 hour session ($110).

Payment is required when booking the session and may be made in the following ways:
